Doesn't it take longer to fold the VAPack™ than to package the bubble bags?

• A timed study performed by one of our customers showed that on average it takes about 8.7 seconds to package the VAPack™. We also found that it takes approx. 7 seconds to package a bubble bag. Therefore, there is approx. 1 second difference in labor.
• Yes, it does take a little longer to fold the VAPack™, but the amount of savings in switching to the VAPack™ is far more than the 1 second of extra labor cost.

Is Value Added Packaging, Inc. able to add a logo/design on the boxes?

• Yes, we can do up to 2 colors for you in almost any design.

What kind of lead time is expected?

• It all depends on where you are located. We may only need a couple of hours, or we may need a week (on the west coast). We will generally try to keep a good stock in our facility if a company needs a constant stock every week-2 weeks.

What size does the VAPack™ come in?

• There are 8 sizes currently in stock: Single CD Mailer, 5CD Mailer, Single DVD Mailer, 6x4x1, 8x6x1, 12x8x1, 12x12x1, 12x9x3.
• However, the VAPack™ can be custom designed to fit your product!
